The Potomac Flower Newsletter, December 2021

Happy Holidays to All, From Your Friends at Potomac Flower

With the new year approaching, the time for planting, decorating, and maintenance in 2021 is coming to an end. The team at Potomac Flower wants to take the time to thank our clients for making this year our greatest year ever. It means the world to us to work with such lovely people that give us the opportunity to bring our visions to life. Our clients make it possible for us to do what we love and beautify Northern Virginia, so, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you.

We're going to take a break beginning December 22nd and ending at the start of the new year to celebrate the holidays with loved ones. We have big plans for when we return, and our clients are at the center of them. Here are a few of the ways Potomac Flower & Garden Design will be working towards making 2022 the year of ultimate client satisfaction.

LMN's Customer Portal

We are excited to share that we will soon begin using an online customer portal where the client gets more access than ever to even more information concerning their services. This will provide clients and Potomac Flower staff alike with the information needed for complete transparency. Stay tuned, we will have a full post on the portal and how to use it in January.

The New Greenhouse

Construction of our new on-site greenhouse is already in the works! Having our own greenhouse will give us the ability to grow our own specialty annuals and tropicals, as well as the opportunity to store and protect plants from the cold winters. We will soon be able to keep all of your treasured tropicals safe and tended-to, year-round. The addition of the greenhouse will also allow us to keep tender annuals fresh to ensure the flowers planted in your beds and containers are as fresh and lively as the day they first bloomed.

MANTS and Keeping Up with Industry Trends

On January 5th, 2022, we will be attending the Mid-Atlantic Nursery Trade Show, or MANTS for short. This is one of the annual trade shows we attend to stay informed on industry trends, technology, and best practices. We will always strive to bring our clients the very best the fine landscaping industry has to offer, so we're thrilled to get to share what we're going to learn! And this is just one of the annual trade shows we attend. Additionally, we have some seminars and continuing education opportunities lined up for our staff in 2022.

But For Now, We Wish You A Merry Christmas

And of course, the happiest of New Years. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!
