Andrew Berdysz

Owner

Landscaping has been a passion of Andrew's life since he started gardening with his grandma at a young age. After earning his B.A. in Landscape Horticulture with a minor in Landscape Design from The Ohio State University, Andrew started his career in commercial maintenance with one of the nation's largest landscaping companies. His prior commercial experience includes the Turf Renovation Project at the National Mall, Georgetown Streetscape, and Reston Town Center.

Drawn to the natural beauty of Great Falls and its surrounding communities, Andrew realized his true career ambition was to beautify boutique residential estates. Today his clients are primarily residential homeowners who appreciate his commitment to deliver the highest level of creative, diligent and professional services. Andrew resides in Leesburg, Virginia, with his wife Christina and three children, Meriam, Dawson, and Noelle.

Hayden Brown

General Manager

Flowers & Seasonal Decor

Hayden discovered her passion for flowers and design in 2013 during a summer job at Bromm's Lullaby in Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. She left to discover the retail side of the industry at Terrain, where she worked as a nursery merchandising specialist. She moved to Northern Virginia in 2019 and began working at Potomac Flower. She has since focused her energy on mastering her craft in custom seasonal creations and has built a reputation for excellence in her work.

Hayden spends her weekends traveling around the state with her dog Ruby in search of new hiking spots. She also enjoys painting, photography, and visiting national parks.
